About Betsy

With Love by BETSY was created by Betsy, a young artist who was adopted out of foster care and lives with the challenges of a cognitive disability. She is growing her business as a way to contribute meaningfully to the world and, one day, to make a living doing what she loves. Creating art has become her safe place—a way to bring calm, color, and joy into her world and to share those gifts with others. Betsy’s dream is to use her creativity not only to brighten homes, but also to help children who are still in foster care know they are not forgotten.

In her own words:

“I love art because I can make things new, like God made me new. You are loved. You matter. You are worth protecting. I still love you on your bad days and your good days. Talk to Jesus. God will help you. God will love you all the time—in the hard days and the good days. And when you feel afraid in the dark, God will protect you. I want my art to make you feel very safe and to remind you that Jesus wins every time.
